Prerequisites
Prepare the following to ensure a smooth start:

- Access to a computer or mobile device
- Your personal measurements (weight, height, fitness goals)
- Email address for account verification
Transform X Application Process
Follow these steps to submit your candidacy and set up your account. The process takes about 10-15 minutes.
Submit Candidacy Form
Visit the Transform X candidacy form and provide details about your fitness goals, experience level, and preferences.
Fill out sections on:
- Personal information
- Current diet and exercise habits
- Desired outcomes (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain)
Submit the form to receive your application confirmation email.
Complete Initial Assessment
Check your email for the assessment link from no-reply@nfa.bg.
Answer questions covering:
- Medical history
- Lifestyle factors
- Specific challenges (e.g., dietary restrictions)
Set Up Your Profile
Log in at https://dashboard.nfa.bg using the credentials from your approval email.
Update your profile with:
